TRAVEL PROTECTION IS INCLUDED IN PRICES

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Cancel for any reason insurance must be added within 14 days of making your deposit. Travel insurance that requires you to file a claim can be added up to final payment - this covers things like sickness, injury, and other unforeseen occurrences. This helps protect your travel investment, your belongings and most importantly you, for those unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip. 

If you cancel and you have purchased travel protection with the CFAR (cancel for any reason) benefit, you will receive a full refund for cancellation up to 1 day prior to travel in the form of a future travel credit, good for 1 year. The alternate insurance option that requires you to submit documentation to file a claim will refund you back to same form of payment. If you do not purchase travel protection, you may not be eligible for a refund at all, based on the terms of your booking. Please refer to the cancellation deadlines detailed on your travel invoice. 

Travel Protection Pricing Per Person

Trip Cost up to $1,499 per person 

$90 per adult   / $45 per child - For travel credit refund

Trip Cost over $1,500 per person 

$110 per adult   / $55 per child - For travel credit refund

Child age is under 13. Anyone 13 and older pays the adult price. This Travel Protection Plan only covers the land portion of your trip. This travel protection plan does not cover components booked separately, such as airfare that you book on your own, tours, excursions, etc.

**Please note that During Travel Coverage can be added up to 1 day prior to travel for only $39 per person. This does NOT cover any cancellation penalties, but covers unforeseen things while traveling - like trip delay, lost or damaged baggage, baggage delay, medical and travel accident coverage.
