Is there a payment plan?

Yes! Your first deposit will be due by August 1, 2026, and final payment is due by February 2, 2027. You may make payments in any increment, anytime, through your personal payment link. (You'll receive this when you book.)

What airport do I fly into?

You'll select MBJ as your destination airport code. This is for the airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica. If you book your own airfare, please send me your itinerary no later than April 15th. This is needed to arrange your ground transportation in destination. If flight details are not provided by this time, your transfers will not be booked, no refund for unused transfers will be issued, and you will be responsible for securing your own transportation between the airport and hotel.

Is the shuttle included between airport and hotel?

Yes! We've pre-arranged for airport transfers in destination. These are already included in your package. We'll collect your flight details and schedule your airport transfers from there. We'll send out details and instructions closer to travel. You must provide your flight details at least 30 days prior to travel in order to have your transfers booked. If flight details are not received by April 15th, you will be responsible to book your own ground transportation, and no refunds will be issued for unused transfers.

What is a room block?

A room block is when the couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to booking a minimum number of rooms. This means that the couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. Only rooms booked with Suite Dreamz Travel and Destination Weddings by Julie will count toward this contract. The resort has a 4 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later, and we'll work to help you secure additional nights!

Can I extend my stay?

Absolutely! The resort has a 4 night minimum and so that is the pricing that has been provided. You can customize your vacation to stay as long as you'd like. Please include your desired dates of stay in the reservation form and we will work to confirm those with the hotel. If you need pricing for additional nights prior to booking, please contact Suite Dreamz Travel for more details.

What if the room I want is not an option on the booking form?

You are able to request your preferred room category and we'll work to help you secure it. A limited number of rooms in each category has been reserved within the block, but we can request additional room categories if available with the hotel. You can book any available room type and notate the requested changes in the comments box. You can also call or email Suite Dreamz Travel.


Do I need a passport to travel?

YES!!! All international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have at least 6 months of validity on their passport after their return trip date. If you need a new passport or a renewal, please apply NOW, as the processing times are often delayed.

Do you only book destination weddings?

We book all vacation types!
